Why did I get a reminder about uploading receipts?
We noticed you haven’t uploaded any physical receipts recently. To keep your account active, you’ll need to continue uploading receipts regularly — this requirement is outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
What happens if I don’t?
According to our T&Cs, if there’s no physical receipt activity for 30 days, your account will be reset.
- Points, Shakes, and any pending redemptions will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed
- Your account level will be reset to Level 1
- All connected emails will be disconnected from the Email Connect feature
How to stay active
Simply open the app and upload your next receipt. Regular uploads keep your account active.
