Please connect your Amazon account directly to earn points for these receipts. To continue receiving rewards for your upcoming Amazon receipts, ensure that your account remains connected.
Why are points not issued for these receipts?
To ensure proper rewards, only receipts with the source "Amazon" will receive points for Amazon online purchases. No points will be issued for receipts with the source "Email connect."
This is because many of the "email receipts" sent by Amazon do not include all the line items. As you are aware, for a receipt to be eligible, it must include all line items and corresponding prices.
How can I earn points for these receipts?
- Navigate to the "Online" tab in the app.
- Tap on either the "Add new retailer" or "Start setting up" button.
- Choose Amazon.
- Log in to your Amazon account.
- You're all set!
From now on, points from new purchases will be automatically added to your account when you open the app.
Make sure to keep your Amazon account connected to consistently earn points!
