Starting November 10, 2023, you will not receive points for some e-receipts, such as those from Amazon and Walmart, due to incomplete information.
*You will also not receive e-receipt points from the following retailers: Costco, Instacart, Kroger, Target, UberEats, and DoorDash.
The best method to earn points for receipts from these retailers is by connecting your online accounts directly.
Why are points not issued for these receipts?
To ensure proper rewards, only receipts synced directly from the Connected Accounts will receive points. Points will not be issued for receipts with the source “Email.”
This is because many "email receipts" sent by these retailers do not include all the line items. As you are aware, for a receipt to be eligible, it must include all line items and their corresponding prices.
How can I earn points for these receipts?
- Navigate to the "Online" tab in the app.
- Tap on either the "Add new retailer" or "Start setting up" button.
- Choose the online account you want to connect.
- Log in to your online account.
- You're all set!
And the best thing is, from now on, points from new purchases will be automatically added to your account when you open the app.
