Which countries are supported?
ReceiptJar currently accepts receipts from the USA, Australia, and Canada only.
When uploading receipts, please make sure they come from the country you registered when you signed up in the app. Receipts from countries outside your registered country will not be accepted.
How to Continue Using ReceiptJar
If you have permanently relocated to a different country, even within a supported country:
- Please do not upload receipts from outside your registered country.
- We cannot change the country of your original account. You’ll need to create a new account in your new country if you wish to continue using ReceiptJar
- Points, rewards, and account history from your original account cannot be transferred.
- Your original account will be suspended.
- If you plan to relocate in the future, we recommend cashing out the points from your original account and then creating a new account in your new country.
If you are travelling to a different country, even within a supported country:
- Please do not upload receipts from a country you are travelling to that is different from your registered country.
Please keep in mind that uploading receipts from outside your registered country on purpose may affect your account score and could limit future redemptions.
Receipts from US Territories (US)
ReceiptJar no longer supports receipts from the following US Territories:
- Puerto Rico (PR)
- Guam (GU)
- U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)
- American Samoa (AS)
- Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
If your account is registered in one of these US Territories, please note that it is not currently supported. Any redemptions will not be processed, and we kindly ask that you stop using the app.
