How does it work?
- Tap the relevant retailer block to sign in
- Click "Connect Account"
- Sign in to the account you're connecting, i.e. Amazon, Walmart and Costco
Once logged in
- If there are purchases or receipts in your account within the last 7 days, we will add them for you
- You will earn the points for those receipts
- If you do not have any purchases within the last 7 days, it will be blank
- Simply come back to this page and click "Upload latest receipts" when you've made more purchases via the relevant account
💡 You need to click the "Upload latest receipts" button to add new receipts
How many points do I earn?
You will earn a 'once-off' bonus of 100 points when you connect an account successfully provided it has at least 1 order date that has a transaction date within 6 months from the upload time.
You'll get rewarded points for the purchases you made within the last 7 days.
After that, stay synced and use the synced accounts when shopping online to make sure your points are added to your ReceiptJar account.
How long does it take for the points to be added to my account?
The 100 point bonus will be added to your account immediately after connection is successful.
Points from receipts will be added to your account within the next 24 hours.
Why haven't I received my 100 'once-off' points?
- Account is newly created and has no order history for the past 6 months.
- Account has already been successfully synced before by you or another ReceiptJar user.
- Account has never synced successfully.
How do I disconnect my account?
- Tap the "My Account" icon on the upper right corner of your app's home page.
- Click "Connected Accounts"
- From there you can manage your connected accounts.
- Click the relevant retailer block and disconnect account.
⚠️ Please note that disconnecting your account will only log you out from your synced online account.
