Please follow the steps below to redeem your eGiftCard from “GiftPay”:
Once your redemption is approved, you will receive an email from “GiftPay”.
You may also check the status of your redemption through the Redemption History page in the app.
In the “GiftPay” email, you will find a link to redeem your “Flexi eGift Card”.
- Click "Open your eGift Card"
- Click, "Select where to spend your flexi gift value"
- Select your chosen store/retailer and click "Get this eGift card now"
- Once done choosing your preferred store/retailer, click "Use Now"
- Then, click "Click or tap once to activate" and get the voucher code.
