10,000 Bonus Point Promotion Terms and Conditions

The 10,000 Bonus Point Promotion is provided by The U Group & Co Limited (ABN 68 610 817 831), Level 9, 111 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000, Australia (referred to herein as "ReceiptJar"). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the promotion.

1. Eligibility:
   
   • The promotion is open to all registered  ReceiptJar users following one of the below official ReceiptJar Instagram accounts:  
     • @receiptjar_us for the USA
     • @receiptjar_ca for Canada
   • Participants must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years or older to be eligible to participate.
   • Participants’ must have a registered and active ReceiptJar account without any record of Fraudulent Activity as defined in the ReceiptJar Terms and Conditions.
   • Participants must reside in either Canada or the United States.
   • If a participant does not comply with the above eligibility, they forfeit their entry.
     
     
2. Prize Description: 
   • The prize is 10,000 ReceiptJar points.
     
     
3. Promotion Period: 
   • The first day of Promotion is on June 17, 2024. 12:00 AM EST 
   • The last day of Promotion is on July 15, 2024. 12:00 AM EST
   • Each Monday during the promotion period, a winner will be announced via a post on each of the official ReceiptJar Instagram accounts: @receiptjar_us and @receiptjar_ca.
   • There will be a total of:
     • 4 winners announced on @receiptjar_us
     • 4 winners announced on @receiptjar_ca
       
       
4. How to Enter: 
   • Registered users must follow one of the official ReceiptJar Instagram accounts: @receiptjar_us for USA residents or @receiptjar_ca for Canada residents.
   • A registered user can only enter once and must follow one of the official Instagram accounts for the duration of the promotion period to be eligible. 
   • If a user has decided to unfollow the page during the promotion period, they forfeit their entry.
     
     
5. Prize: 
   • Only participants who have correctly entered the promotion (Section 4) and have met the eligibility criteria (Section 1) will be eligible for the prize draw. 
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
     
     
6. Selection of Winners: 
   • Winners will be selected at random from our list of followers who have joined during the promotion period. 
   • The draw will take place on Monday each week during the promotion period.
   • The winner will be notified via direct message and will need to provide their registered ReceiptJar email address or ReceiptJar referral code within 48 hours. 
   • Failure to reply within the specified 48-hour period will result in another winner being drawn..
     
     
7. Claiming of Prizes:
   • The winner must respond to the direct message with the correct information within 48 hours to claim the prize.
   • Upon confirmation of eligibility and verification, the winner will be notified and will receive email communication once the prize has been credited to their registered ReceiptJar account.
     
   • The winner will be notified via direct message and will need to provide their registered ReceiptJar email address or ReceiptJar referral code within 48 hours. 
   • Failure to reply within the specified 48-hour period will result in another winner being drawn.
8. Publicity: 
   • By participating in the promotion, participants agree to the use of their username and likeness for promotional purposes related to the promotion and ReceiptJar's marketing materials.
     
     
9. General Conditions: 
   • ReceiptJar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. 
   • ReceiptJar's decision regarding all aspects of the promotion, including but not limited to eligibility, winner selection, and prize allocation, shall be final and binding. 
   • By participating in the promotion, participants agree to abide by these terms and any additional instructions provided by ReceiptJar.
     
     
10. Privacy Policy: 
    • Any personal information collected during the promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will be handled in accordance with the ReceiptJar Privacy Policy.
      
      
11. Governing Law: 
    • The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. By participating in this promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.
