What Happens if My Email is Incorrect?
If your account email is incorrect, there’s no need to worry. When you go through the redemption process, you can choose a different, valid email address to receive your rewards. This allows you to receive your rewards even if your account email is incorrect.
How it works:
- Proceed with your reward redemption as usual.
- When prompted, enter the email address where you want to receive the reward.
- Confirm the email and complete the redemption.
This ensures your rewards are sent to the correct email without needing to update the email linked to your account.
