It takes 5-10 business days for us to process your redemption.
In order to make sure that the people who redeemed have been following the rules, i.e. not scamming our system, we need to review the accounts.
We catch behaviours such as referral scamming, receipt diving or generating fake receipts. If we find any issues with the account, we'll send an email asking for more information.
How can I help to speed up the process?
If you have been following these basic rules, then you will get your redemption pretty quickly with no issues:
- You only upload real receipts that are yours;
- You can also upload receipts from your spouse or your children under 18.
- You have not created fake accounts to get referrals.
- You have not been receipt diving.
- You have not tried to generate/create fake receipts (online or offline)
How will I receive my redemption?
Once redemption has been processed, you will receive an email.
We recommend you to keep your eye on your inbox after you've redeemed, including your spam and promotions folder.
