- Make sure app is updated to its latest version
- Restart the app and refer to: Taking clear photos of the receipts to get fast approval
- Enable the app to access the device's motion and fitness tracking
- for IOS devices
- go to Settings > Privacy > Motion/Fitness
- You can turn access on or off for any app on the list
- for Android devices - under Google Fit or Samsung Health
- Google Fit (Stock Android or Google apps)
- Go to Settings > Apps > Google Fit >Permissions
- enable Physical activity or Body sensors
- Samsung Health (for Samsung phones)
- Open Samsung Health
- Tap on the three-dot menu > Settings > Permissions.
- enable Physical activity tracker
- Google Fit (Stock Android or Google apps)
