I signed up with the wrong email address
If you’ve entered an incorrect email address when signing up, please do the following:
- Go back to the Sign Up page
- Create a new account with the right email address
Please click on the “Sign in” button to get back to the Sign Up page.
I did not receive the email
You should receive a verification email within 20 minutes after signing up. If you're not seeing it in your inbox, check out these suggestions:
- Check the spam/junk folder - Your ISP or corporate domain may be configured to deliver commercial mail to your Spam or Junk folder by default.
- Refresh your email inbox to check for new emails.
- Add @unocart.com to your email contact list in case the email has been blocked, and then request another verification code with the support team.
- Try a different email address with different email provider, i.e. Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo.
- Note that you might not receive verification emails if you are using a business email address. We recommend you contact your internal IT department and request that our domain be unblocked; or use a personal email address instead.
