When you submit a receipt of which we can't identify the retailer, we'll ask you to choose a Store Type. Once you've chosen the Store Type, the receipt can be instantly approved.
How it works:
- Upload a receipt;
- Choose a store type;
- Receipt is approved instantly.
Please do not do the following:
⚠️ Please do not intentionally the wrong store type.
⚠️ Please do not upload EFTPOS receipts.
⚠️ Please do not spam the system by repeatedly uploading the same receipts.
These automatically approved receipts will be reviewed by our team on a daily basis. Any fraudulent activities will be flagged and result in account suspension. Suspended accounts do not qualify for redemption.
Rules around receipt ownership
To prevent fraudulent activities like receipt diving or uploading receipts from friends, roommates, colleagues or strangers, stricter rules were implemented around the number of receipts a person can upload every week.
⚠️ As a reminder, you should not upload receipts that are not yours. Otherwise you might NOT be able to successfully cash out.
Below are the details of the restrictions. Reaching the following limits may result in temporary account suspension.
- Users who upload more than 30 receipts in one week. This is done on receipt date not the upload date.
- Users who upload more than 6 receipts from the same retailer in one week. This is done on receipt date not upload date.
- Users who upload more than 5 rejected receipts in one day. This is done on receipt upload date.

Petro-Canada, Ultramar, Pioneer Energy, Shell and all other convenience stores & petrol stations.

Walmart, Kmart, Target and all other stores that sell clothing and general merchandise.
