Your account connection to ReceiptJar might be lost if you update your account details such as password, name or phone number.
If you’ve recently done any of the following, it may cause your email account to disconnect:
- You changed your email password
- You updated or deleted the “app password” for ReceiptJar
- You disabled 2-Step Verification for your email account
- You’ve turned on Advanced Protection for your account
Please note that to redeem your points, your email connection with ReceiptJar is required and must remain connected.
If your email connection is lost, you can simply log in to your account again to resume the connection.
