How to Delete Your ReceiptJar Account in the App
Thank you for giving ReceiptJar a chance to use and try our app. We also respect your privacy, and you have the right to request your account to be deleted at any time.
Follow these steps to delete your account:
- Go to your My Account page in the app and tap “Delete Account”
- You’ll be asked to confirm that you’re deleting the correct account. Once confirmed, tap the “Delete” button to continue.
- Enter the email address of the account you are deleting and tap “Delete My Account” to proceed
- Note: Once you tap “Delete My Account”, this action cannot be undone
- Done! Your deletion request will be completed in 48 hours
