Pending simply means our system needs more time to read your receipt.
If our system is unable to recognise your receipt, it will assign a "Processing" status to it. Then the receipt will be reviewed by one of our staff members within the next 48 hours.
Does this mean my receipt will be rejected?
Not necessarily. It simply means our system needs more time to process your receipt. 80% of pending receipts will eventually be approved.
Can I continue to upload receipts?
Yes you can! You can continue to upload your daily receipts even if you have receipts that are still being processed.
