If your receipt is rejected because it's a "repeat submission", it means the receipt you're trying to upload already exists in our system, and it was uploaded by you some time in the past.
What to do?
If you are trying to re-submit a clearer picture of a previous receipt, please delete the unclear/previous one before uploading the new one.
Gaming the system
If you are trying to game the system by uploading the same receipts over and over again, your account will be flagged and you will NOT be able to cash out.
To avoid putting all your hard work into waste, we strongly suggest you not to game the system in any way.
What if you submit it by accident?
To avoid having your account flagged, please let our team know via the live chat as soon as you submit a repeat receipt by accident.
