Please follow the steps below to redeem your eGiftCard from “GiftPay”:
- Once your redemption is approved, you will receive an email from “GiftPay”.
- You may also check the status of your redemption through the Redemption History page in the app.
- In the “GiftPay” email, you will find a link to redeem your “Flexi eGift Card”.
- Click "Open your eGift Card"
- Click, "Select where to spend your flexi gift value"
- Select your chosen store/retailer and click "Get this eGift card now"
- Once done choosing your preferred store/retailer, click "Use Now"
- Then, click "Click or tap once to activate" and get the voucher code.
