You can now redeem your ReceiptJar points with PayPal!
How does it work
- Simply head to the Wallet -> Redeem page
- Select the PayPal option at the top of the list
- Select the amount you'd like to redeem
- Enter your PayPal account email
- Submit!
What if I entered the wrong email address?
If you request a payment using an unregistered PayPal account, you will need to set up an account with PayPal under that address to claim that payment.
If the payment remains unclaimed for 30 days, it will be refunded and your points will be returned.
Please make sure that you enter the correct address every time you redeem 🙌
What does it mean if the PayPal payment status is Declined/Refused?
Refused PayPal payment status means that we have paid your PayPal redemption; however, PayPal refused/declined the payment due to some issues that might have been on the PayPal account you provided to us.
Disclaimer: If this is the case, it is PayPal's policy to wait for 30 days in order to refund the payment. Once refunded, we can resend the payment to your PayPal account.
Is it OK that the PayPal email address I used is different from my ReceiptJar email address?
Yes!
Simply remove the pre-filled email address (your ReceiptJar account email address) and enter your PayPal email instead. Enter again to confirm, ensure that there are no typos.
Please DO NOT enter PayPal.me links. Only enter the email address tied with your PayPal account.
